The war was devided to two groups the First Coalition and the Second Coalition. The French was also in a continuous war with Great Britain.

He was the President of the Cordeliers club. This name derives from the convent the Order of Cordeliers. This club was important during the first phases of the French Revolution. They were the first to accuse the royal court of being irreconilably hostile freedom to freedom and for sure they proclaimed a call to action
Louis XVI
He was found guilty of treason and therefore executed by beheading him.
National Constituent Assembly
This was the first stage of the French Revolution. King Loius XVI also intervened from the delegates to meet. With the delegates meeting since Loius XVI failed at intervening, the delegates met at a tennis court yard and creating the name Tennis Courty Oath. The name after time passed is now claimed the National Constituent Assembly.
Declaration of the Rights of Man and Citizen
This document was created by the National Constituent Assembly. It was to be the first constitution to be enforced by the National Constituent Assembly during the French Revolution. This document came from the philisophical ways of the Age of Enlightenment. This provided individualism and social contract within this doccument.
